Dina Al-Waheab is a Business and Organizational Psychologist who graduated with a Masters degree from Coventry University-UK. She is a member of The Association of Business Psychology-UK. She is the founder of DEEP Consultancy, which is considered the first Kuwaiti company that applied psychology into business.
She is also the founder of "SpeakUp Kuwait" program, which is the first public speaking program that combined psychology with public speaking in Kuwait.
She is also the Chairman of the Association of the Improvement of Workplace Environment- Kuwait.
