Executive Consulting

Executive Consulting

We call it a journey

As we understand the huge impact of executives in any organization, we take executive consulting into a deeper level.

Executive consulting is a confidential one-to-one customized therapy session specialized for individuals in the executive level of the organization.

We use the Psychodynamic approach; which shows that behaviours and feelings as adults are embedded in childhood experiences. Individuals’ behaviours and feelings are powerfully affected by the meaning of events to the unconscious mind.

Research shows that leaders’ performance in the workplace is influenced by their early stages in life, in order to identify their behaviors, we have to first recognize their underlying drivers that lead to such behaviors and work on their development. Self- awareness is the tool that makes individuals realize their full potential, which assists in decreasing self-limiting beliefs that lead to poor performance in the workplace.

Childhood Experiences

Because we work on a deeper level, transformation takes place in an identifiable way for leaders and their teams.

We do understand how life and work tensions are related, yet keep in mind, that executive consulting differs from clinical therapy (Whereas, in the case of any actual clinical symptoms arise, we will make sure that an appropriate referral will take place).

Although executive consulting focuses consciously on the workplace, but there are some stages throughout the journey, in which we need to point out part of the individuals lives that might have an effect on their performance.

We use a coaching model combined with the psychological tools needed to seek what prevents leaders to reach their full potential. Psychology shows that individuals’ perception of the world has its unique combination of conscious and unconscious thoughts that filter their decisions in the workplace and life in general.

The Consulting Stages

The assessment stage:

Executives deepen their understanding of themselves, their direct reports, and dealing with the organization using the DiSC® model. They learn how their management style influences their approach to decision-making, time management, and problem solving. Executives obtain concrete strategies to help them adapt to the styles of their direct reports, enabling them to bring out the best in their people.

The Realization Stage:

A deep look into the principles that affect leaders, their perception of themselves, how they represent themselves, and how others see them.

By considering the levels of the following:

  • Self-confidence.
  • Biases.
  • Empathy.
  • Emotional and social intelligence.

Authority and Executing:

Utilizing all the information gathered in the previous stages, this final stage is where strategies are developed, strengths are improved and weaknesses are overcome.

Executives build their personal and professional goals with their own directness and logical sense, based on agreed and actionable goals.
